About Spring Valley, NV - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Spring Valley, Nevada is an unincorporated town found in Clark County. Located a mere two miles west of the Las Vegas Strip, Spring Valley is home to nearly 180,000 residents. This area was previously home to the Stardust International Raceway, but the land was purchased in the 1970s for the development of the Spring Valley master-planned housing community. Sometimes referred to as Chinatown, Spring Mountain Road and some of the surrounding streets feature many Chinese and pan-Asian businesses, including restaurants, supermarkets, and churches.

Despite the close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip, there are plenty of places to visit in Spring Valley that aren’t related to gambling. There are many unique of shopping destinations available, including K & S Outlet, Korea Town Plaza, Tokyo Discount, and K-Pop USA. Many restaurants can be found in the Spring Valley area, including 595 Craft and Kitchen, Meraki Greek Grill, and Frijoles & Frescas Grilled Tacos. Likewise, visitors or residents in need of some relaxation or pampering may wish to visit Therapie, LT Nails and Spa, or Budsaya Thai Spa.

The varied weather conditions in Spring Valley make it important to have an experienced HVAC specialist on speed dial, especially during the summer. Temperatures are hot, and while humidity is low, highs into the triple digits are still quite dangerous. This can be a difficult time for children and the elderly, and it is important that these fragile populations have a cool place to escape the heat. A heat pump or central air conditioner with a high SEER rating can keep interiors cool while saving on utility costs.

Despite the hot summers, heating systems are still required here during the winter months. Daytime temperatures are mild in the upper-50s and low-60s, but overnight lows are cold. Many residents invest in heat pumps, but gas furnaces are also a great option to keep indoor conditions comfortable and to prevent freezing during the coldest of days.
