About Enterprise, NV - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Located in Clark County, Enterprise is an affluent, unincorporated town with over 109,000 as of 2010. This population was up from 15,000 as of the 2000 census. The area’s first inhabitants were the Paiute Indians, and European settlers moved in during the early 1900s in an attempt to access nearby gypsum mines. Today, businesses like Allegiant Air are found in Enterprise and offer employment opportunities to locals, although the economy is mostly specialized in the arts, accommodations and food service, and real estate industries.

The growing community of Enterprise is home to many interesting things to see and do. South Point Hotel, Casino, and Spa and the Silverton are the only casino resorts found in Enterprise. Another major attraction here is the Town Square of Las Vegas, while golf is available at the Rhodes Ranch Golf Club. There are also many unique restaurants in Enterprise, some of which include Tang Tang Tang 2, Dirt Dog, and Win Kee HK BBQ & Noodle.

Like the rest of the Las Vegas area, Enterprise is located in a subtropical hot desert climate area. This Mojave Desert community will experience very hot, dry summer months, and average daily highs are into the triple digits in July and August. Hot weather extends outside of these months, as the region receives an average of 130+ days per year where temperatures exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit, and sunshine is abundant. Regular servicing of central air conditioning units or other cooling systems is a necessity.

Despite these hot summer conditions, Enterprise residents still need to invest in home heating systems, as well. Temperatures cool off in the late autumn months, and average daytime highs stay in the upper-50s during January. Without a heat pump or furnace system at home, indoor temperatures could become uncomfortable and dangerous. Periodic maintenance will also ensure that these systems work efficiently, saving money on monthly heating costs.
